All of these pit systems can be equipped with lubrication systems, diagnostic equipment, fall prevention systems, waste fluid recovery systems.
Premium Drop in Pit Systems
Our most versatile pit system. Can be fabricated in almost any configuration to suit your fleet. Including different
pit heights and widths. No pit is too big or too small.
Technical Specifications:

- Pit openings from 800mm to 1350mm (950mm to 1000m typical)
- Pit depths 1.35m – 2.3m

- Equipped for either jacking bridges or Arrow Hawke Jacking systems
- Equipped for Rising bed brake testers and shaker testers systems

Kerb Angle Pits
The top frame only for casting into the top slab of a traditionally built concrete walled and floor pit system.
Provides the basis for accommodating the Arrow Hawke Industries jacking system or any other typre of jacking system. The super structure supports the dynamic loads imported by a modern jacking system and prevents the concrete slab from cracking in the years ahead
Suspended Ceiling Pits
The steel suspended ceiling pit offers a fully self contained service hub for very busy maintenance hubs – particularly for servicing buses and prime movers, but can be optimised for servicing trailers, including a doubles and B – doubles.

Below Grund storage facility for everyday consumables and tools.
Below ground storage facility for oil tanks – which saves on additional footprint of the building being earmarked fro oil storage. The pit also becomes the bund for the oil tanks – saving costs on not requiring double skinned tanks and reducing piping costs to oil dispensing points.

Equipped with :
NHVR pits
A close subset of our drop-in pits, these pits are 1.6 m deep and a minimum of 20 m long, equipped with a roller brake tester and a suspension tester shaker. The primary purpose of the pit is to provide a compliant workspace for NHVR inspectors on your leased site.
Mandatory fit-out includes zone-rated lighting and ventilation systems as mandated by AS 60079.
Optional fit-out items can also be accommodated to make the pit an alternative service pit when NHVR inspectors are not using it. Talk to our experienced designers for ideas on how to increase the utility of your service pit.
